Account Setup:
Your account will be setup after we receive payment. In no case will we setup an account before we have received payment. All accounts are subject to decline. Should your account be declined you will receive an email, and your payment will be reversed.
General Use:
No member may use his or her account for a purpose that is unlawful by the given terms. No member may send out unsolicited emails or obtain user data from any site without permission.
Content:
By agreeing these terms you agree not to:
Any account found with the above content will be terminated without notice. We reserve the right to terminate any account with content which we feel is harmful or otherwise could reflect poorly on our site. All violating content should be reported to us immediately.
Payments:
All payments must be valid and timely. Should you miss a payment, you will be given 3 days after the due date to issue a payment. After this time, your account will be suspended until we receive a payment. After one week without receiving payment, your account will be deleted.
Data Security
Backup data is the sole responsibility of the user. We cannot be held responsible for any data loss.
Bandwidth:
Your account is given a monthly bandwidth limit based on the plan you have selected. Should you go over this limit, your account will automatically be suspended until the end of the month. If you wish to bring your account back online before this time, you will need to upgrade your account to the next possible plan. Please contact us to arrange this.
Formalities:
All hosting accounts come with no warranties (expressed or implied). Boolprop Hosting denies any claims made as such. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account for any reason. Should the situation demand it, we will cooperate fully with any law enforcement requests.
